Coaching is about long-term transformation. Yours. It’s about you reaching your full potential. A Coach will get you to unlock the 2% that are holding you back. You already know about the 98% that are working.
I have 25+ years of executive leadership experience translating the power of design into measurable business value. I’ve built and led multidisciplinary teams at hypergrowth startups and global enterprises alike, spanning UX/UI, brand strategy, product design, user research, editorial, and design ops.
As employee #1 at OldNavy.com, I built a 25 person creative team from the ground up, grew revenue from zero to $1B while the broader team expanded to 1,000+ people. At Autodesk, as Senior Creative Director and Head of Global Brand, I led a team of 35 while managing 350 agencies; we were driving a 30% increase in global brand awareness and 300% share-of-voice growth during a period when the company’s market cap climbed from $7.9B to $35B. I was Collibra’s first VP of Design, increased the design team from 8 to 35 people while the company’s valuation doubled from $2.3B to $5.25B. Most recently, as Chief Design Officer at CrowdSmart AI, I have shaped company strategy and customer experience at the intersection of human collective intelligence and AI.
As a coach, I work with leaders who want to close the gap between their potential and where they are today. I help clients unlock creative superpowers so that they are able to create transformation in alignment with their values. My approach is direct, energetic, and holistic. We work from a whole-life perspective with an effective toolkit that includes, occasionally, a good laugh.
Clients leave our sessions with meaningful clarity on how they can adapt and grow, and they see a tangible path toward their vision… of becoming a superhero.
When I’m not coaching, I make things ranging from 16-foot robotic wings to tiny goldwork stitches. I cook with microbes, build furniture out of books, and am figuring out how to become a gold-medal Olympic ice skater in my next life.
